1. About Us

YK BUSINESS SYSTEMS LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a private limited company incorporated in Cyprus (registration no. 477279), registered office Grigoriou Xenopoulou, 4B, Agia Paraskevi, Germasogeia, 4049, Limassol, Cyprus.We operate www.hitch-bet.com (the “Site”) and provide subscription-based betting-tips and analytical content (the “Services”).We are not a bookmaker and do not accept or transmit bets. Online betting in Cyprus is regulated by the Betting Law 37(I)/2019 and overseen by the National Betting Authority (“NBA”)

2. Definitions

Subscriber / you – any natural person who creates an account and purchases a Plan.
‍Plan – a paid subscription tier granting time-limited access to our content.
Content – text, data, odds comparisons, recommendations and any other material we publish.

3. Eligibility & Responsible Gambling

You must be 18 years or older (legal betting age in Cyprus) and legally permitted to access betting-related material where you live.

You confirm you will use the information responsibly. Betting involves risk; do not wager more than you can afford to lose.

We may run age-and identity-verification (KYC) checks to comply with anti-money-laundering and player-protection rules.

4. Nature of the Service – Information Only

Our Content expresses opinions based on publicly available data and our proprietary analysis. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results. Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, investment or legal advice, and we do not accept any duty of care beyond these Terms.

5. Subscription, Billing & Auto-Renewal

• Plans : Details and prices appear on the checkout page. All fees are in € and include Cypriot VAT unless stated otherwise.

• Billing cycle : Plans renew automatically at the end of each month until cancelled.

• Failed payments : If renewal fails, we may suspend access until all amounts are paid.

6. Cooling-Off / Right of Withdrawal

Because EU law grants consumers a 14-day cooling-off period for distance contracts, you may cancel within 14 calendar days of purchase for a full refund provided you have not accessed pay-walled tips yet. By ticking the box “Start immediately”, you request early performance and acknowledge that once premium content is delivered, your statutory withdrawal right is lost (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art 16 m).

7. Refunds After Cooling-Off

Outside the 14-day period all sales are final unless (a) we materially breach these Terms; or (b) local consumer law in your country provides mandatory rights.

9. No Warranties

The Services are provided “as is”. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that Content is error-free, current, or that following any tip will yield profit.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Services shall be limited to the total subscription fees you paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for: indirect or consequential loss; loss of winnings, profits or anticipated savings; events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. ISP failures, data-feed outages).

11. User Conduct

You must not: redistribute, resell or scrape our Content; use the Site for unlawful purposes or in jurisdictions where betting is prohibited; interfere with Site security or attempt unauthorised access.

12. Intellectual Property

All Content is our copyrighted work or licensed to us. Subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to view it for private use only.

13. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with the EU GDPR and Cyprus Data Protection Law 125(I)/2018.

14. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your Plan immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud, or if required by law. No refund is due for violations.

15. Changes to Terms or Prices

We may update these Terms or our prices for legitimate reasons (e.g. regulatory, technical). We will give at least 30 days’ notice by email. If you object, you may cancel before the change takes effect.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms—and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes)—shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The competent courts of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules in your EEA country allow you to sue in your home forum.
